It includes copious footnotes, plus a set of questions at the end of each chapter. Does not really work at all for me and I am sorry that I spent the money on it. A good book for a good price. Not inexpensive but this is not a valuable reference so worth the investment.. It is the best documentation we will ever have of a remarkable work and the struggle to keep it from vanishing.. The author does a great job of distilling age-old mindfulness and meditation techniques into simple exercises and games that children and any non yoga-fanatic can do. Again, this is not a bad book but kind of like a Reader's Digest version of the subject matter. However, those of us who have worked in the "real world" know that the qualitative and numerical techniques are probably even more important. None of their lives would ever be the same again. Suffice to say many companies (and bosses) continue to fall into the same traps to regain their market share and profitablity.
