They are basically the same book only a couple of differnces between the books, WHAT a RIP OFF. It also includes a chapter on alleviating trauma-related nightmares using imagery rehearsal therapy.
The book is an easy read, and follows step-by-step procedures in a very straightforward way. It thouroughly works your technique and it is musical. Another must read.. I think this is an excellent book which leads the artist into using different mediums and how to safely use each of them. I feel that the price is worth the value of the resources within: 60+ pages of Plant Foraging instruction and Plant Identification (each with large hand illustrated images in color), 10 pages of interesting charts, and 120+ pages of wonderful recipes.
