Not pilateslots of yoga which I have done for years and wanted some amended pilates for an over 50 woman. After ordering it, I heard the author on NPR - without knowing it was the author of the book, mind you - and I thought "wow, this guy is really interesting, provocative, well-spoken, intellectually sound, and speaks from a world that I can only see from afar." So when the show host said his name, I knew I had to pick up the book and read it soon. That is not the case in this most recent book. One day while sight seeing Brax stops at a run down restaurant to get a drink. Authoritative and detailed, Strip Set cannot be absent from your library. For me there are better sources and better edited books written in a more engaging style.I expected a lot more than I got.. Or if you don't have money.
