The projects are fun, instructions are clear, the photos are inspiring, and the authors approach to decorating is relaxed and approachable. However, these repellents that are available commercially have very dangerous chemicals. No deus ex machina here. Purchased to review several methods to use in my band program. The mix is refreshing and very interesting. I wasted my money on this inadequate human Period.. Perhaps the worst example is the author's comment that the figure-eight knot and the trefoil not have the same Conway polynomial. With two clearly marked sections "Player knowledge" is kept separate, mimicking the ignorance of the masses. Sure, there are easy quibbles and minor errors throughout, but what tech book today is error free?
