As children, we learned many of the stories from the Old Testament. We learned about David and Goliath. We read about Noah and the Flood. Perhaps we even acted out the scenes from the Battle of Jericho or Israel's crossing of the Red Sea in a church play. We remember these stories even into adulthood. Yet, the way in which all of these stories are connected together in order to tell a much bigger story is often not fully understood. Somehow, in the midst of all the story telling, we missed the most important storythe story of redemption and salvation through Christ. Not only is this the most important story that has ever been told, it is the story which is found on every page of the Old Testament. The Chronological Survey of the Old Testament has been written to encourage the student to see the entire Old Testament as a unified message. The book can be used in Sunday School, small groups, or individual Bible study to enrich the understanding of the broader message from God to man given

Editorial : About the Author Kent Welch is the pastor of Covenant Missionary Baptist church in Indianapolis, Indiana, and the Head of School at Coram Deo Academy in Carmel, Indiana. In addition to his administrative duties at the school, he teaches Systematic Theology and the Unity of the Bible. Kent lives in Carmel with his wife Sarah, and their two sons, Aidan and Liam.

I shop at the cheapest grocery store in town and I like to stretch my meals and dollars. Like the Dawn is the last book in the Lark Trilogy. I'm a total Sheppard fan now after book 1 & 2.. It is interesting to see these portraits but I have gotten the impression that it is somewhat personal-some of these people are not very good looking but yet glamorous.They dressed opulently,quite a contrast to our jean wearing times. This book is a great follow-up to "The Ultimate Question" by Fred Reichheld and is a MUST-READ for any company implementing a customer loyalty program. Please tell me he will get his own series!

This is entirely my opinion and I realize that many readers prefer to have their own imagination to complete the open areas for them, however, being a major fan of Erica Cope's imagination I was more or less hoping she would do that for us.. Sadly, I didn't see this until three years after mine and now I live with the "side effects" of the "Gold Standard Care" (cut -
