I bought this as a stocking stuffer but it was so good I had to read the whole thing before I wrapped it. Dressing to suit your personal taste and style takes 'cojones'. However, oddly enough,several photographs are blurry, blown out or out of focus. I didn't know anything about it so it was confusing to me. Great Book, Steven really makes the story of his time at Microsoft entertaining and informative. I received the book timely. Highly recommend. Several references regarding cutting feeds and speeds to hardness conversions are found in the back. After that, it goes on to things like lathes and mills.
