this book is well organised and gives lot of info about new techniques. I preordered this book because I was so pleased with Vonda's first book, Fitness After 40. He asserts that it is best understood as a story "of people encountering difficult environments, of driving to overcome them through technological means, of creating the necessary social organization to do so, of leading on and on to indigenous bureaucracy and corporatism" (p.
