For me there are better sources and better edited books written in a more engaging style.I expected a lot more than I got.. It's very clear and readable, too.. For instance, he purportedly quotes Christiane Northrup (I can't imagine that she affiliates herself with this idiot), but says that she has published a book entitled Our Bodies, Ourselves. After that, it goes on to things like lathes and mills.
I come from a white-collar family, so this helped me overcome the handicap of my background. Best yet, none of those categories overwhelms the others, so you don't have to like all three to enjoy the book.
Of particular interest to this reader were two quiet references, one on p157 ("…sections, especially below ground that are unmonitored and abandoned or used for secret projects") and the other on p159 ("…his cousin had a way of surviving what the normal contractor couldn’t"), which could easily be setups for future books.
