Lee's general assertion that hormone balance is a good thing (for anyone, not just women with or trying to avoid breast cancer), some of the other falsehoods he spews are just too much. As far as studying for exams and tests go- this book provides information in a clear way that makes it easy to extract essential information for notes. In aggression, we're closed off, whereas in anger we're vulnerable. The archival photos beautiful and very well selected. and focus more on themselves. But many others came west to enrich the diets and economies of the Mediterranean, Europe and ultimately the Americas several centuries later. It gives a comprehensive coverage of the subject. It inspires one to develop another multi themed text on the topic. I was little nervous, thinking, "What if I hate it, or can't finish it." With that being said, I LOVED this book!!!
