The author does a great job of distilling age-old mindfulness and meditation techniques into simple exercises and games that children and any non yoga-fanatic can do. Michelle Iannarelli is such an amazing author. Anyone who needs a fun but serious gift for people who fly should buy this book.. I highly recommend this book. Beautifully photographed series of porn shots of extremely self-indulgent, self-absorbed people. FPGAs are mentioned only briefly - understandable, since they had not acquired the importance given them by the decade-plus of technology shifts since the book was written.
