It’s a highly readable advice statement as a primer with no case law or pesky statutes to be bothered with so the entrepreneur can feel a bit less constrained by the pomposity of the law and therefore more relaxed about the business advice which Harding actually gives us.
Potential employers must have what Harding terms “robust systems and procedures in place”, and “the right paper trail” (the dreaded paperwork and attention to written detail), plus the correct documents. It *is* rushed, mainly because the entire story happens in a matter of a few days. The only complain I have is that the writing is in Japanese, well I cant read or understand, but I think it makes the book more authentic and fun to read (so its not real a complain, but I am learning the language soon so I will be able to read it and give a more detail description). After reading Alexis' first book, I couldn't wait to pick this one up! I was not disappointed. I am a busy, harrie
