I bought this as a stocking stuffer but it was so good I had to read the whole thing before I wrapped it. This book isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
I'd love to meet the author, though, if only to learn how he duped everyone into thinking that this was a useful text.. It explains different modeling types adequately, however does not delve into statistics (with the exception of Chapter 9, Hydrological Modeling, and it gives the basic equations found in most Hydrology texts. 17, warning; pg 24, entire page.
