Why have lucid dreams? There are lots of reasons. The supporting characters are wonderful. I have always shied away from books on this subject and I have to admit this was a first for me. Each person's story is briefly introduced by the editor, and then wrapped up with some informative commentary on a particular topic the woman's story featured (PCOS, male-factor infertility, etc) and, if you are in the UK, resources.
Of note: The book is open-minded enough to include a same-sex couple's story, and a single-mother-by-choice's story. This collector's edition is hardcover. They are 9. I read this is one sitting and although there were several things I was already using, I found so new tips and tricks for a really clean and toxic free Kitchen, and tips for health and wellness.. It has helped my family to identify many delicious things in our yard (Hudson Valley, NY) with specific seasonal changes to the plant in illustrations & notation (for example we were able to distinguish
